(Unit pricing is intended for new tenant move-in. Each lease requires a security deposit of $25.00 and a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee. The security deposit will be returned within four weeks upon move-out as long as the unit is clean and swept, locks removed and returned, no delinquent rent, and the tenant has given a 15-day or more written vacate notice. FREE lock & keys provided with move-in to use.)
Auction Updates
